Many companies grow to a point where they have regular legal needs or need to run questions by an attorney on a regular basis.  They do not have enough work to hire a full time attorney, but they need semi-regular legal assistance with contracts, employees, or dispute resolution.  When a company’s need reaches this level, we are pleased to offer general corporate representation (also known as being corporate counsel).
